Shipping Rates:

For Prepaid Orders: We charge no shipping and handling fee. Free shipping is included.

For COD Orders: We charge a nominal ₹ 50 Cash on the Delivery fee.

Order Verification:

All COD (Cash On Delivery) orders will go through a verification process. Only verified orders will be shipped. Order verification will be done within 1 day of placing the order.

Order Processing:

All COD orders will go through a verification process. Only verified orders will be shipped. We strive to fulfil orders as soon as you place them. In most cases, your order will be sent to our delivery partner within 1-2 business days. Our business days are Monday-Friday.

Shipping Time:

For most serviceable PIN codes, we try to deliver within 7 days. But due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, strikes, remote locations, stocking issues, or any other reason, it may take longer. You will, however, be able to track your package using a unique tracking link that we will email/SMS you after your order is sent to our delivery partner.

 

Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation

At Extracart, we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Due to our rapid processing system, the following cancellation terms apply:

· No Cancellations After Order Placement: Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. Our fulfilment process begins immediately to ensure prompt delivery.

· No Modifications Allowed: Once an order is placed, no modifications can be made. This includes changes to the shipping address, product additions, or any other updates.

2. Exceptions

In rare cases, we may need to cancel an order due to unforeseen circumstances, such as:

· The item is out of stock.

· A pricing or listing error occurred.

· Payment verification issues.

If your order is cancelled under these circumstances, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
